Phase I

Launch & Core Infrastructure
Objective
Establish a fully functional, non-custodial decentralized investment bank.

First operational version of CoinBank, technically decentralized, legally structured, foundation-governed.

  • CoinBank MVP live, web and mobile.
  • Integration with RZChain mainnet, plus BNB Chain bridge.
  • Smart Investment Accounts, staking and compounding pools.
  • RZ Foundation registration, governance framework setup.
  • Public audit of smart contracts, CertiK or PeckShield.
  • Proof-of-Reserves dashboard live.

Phase II

Product Expansion and Ecosystem Integration
Objective
Expand the product suite and connect across the RZ ecosystem
Outcome
Full ecosystem synergy, CoinBank becomes the financial core of the RZ universe.
Key milestones:
  • Integration with CoinMining.Game and CoinRanking.Game, shared user identity.
  • CoinBank Card launch, digital and physical, with global payment partners.
  • BNPL and micro-credit modules, AI risk management.
  • Insurance protocol active for RWA and lending products.
  • RWA tokenization framework, gold, real estate, equity.
  • RZ Prime module, reserve now, pay later.

Phase III

Institutional and Cross-Chain Growth
Objective
Scale for institutional adoption and cross-chain interoperability.
Outcome
CoinBank evolves from decentralized retail platform to a cross-chain institutional banking network.

  • Institutional onboarding program, funds, fintechs, exchanges.
  • RZBridge expansion to Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, and Solana.
  • Multi-asset liquidity pools, DeFi to RWA flows.

Phase IV

Hybrid Governance and Community Participation
Objective
Expand structured user participation in governance without DAO instability.
Outcome
Foundation-led governance informed by community insight, transparent and audited.

  • RZ Foundation Advisory Portal launch.
  • Verified user feedback integrated into governance proposals.
  • Community reward framework for constructive participation.
  • Quarterly transparency reports and audit publications.
  • AI Governance Advisor for impact and risk evaluation.

Phase V

Global Expansion and Autonomous Foundation
Objective
Position CoinBank as an autonomous foundation-governed decentralized banking system at global scale.
Outcome
Legally recognized blockchain bank with assets, processes, and audits on-chain, transparently supervised by a global foundation.
Key milestones:
  • Licensing across EU, UAE, Singapore and additional zones.
  • CBDC and fiat-gateway integrations in supported jurisdictions.
  • RZChain Layer-3 AI optimization with predictive consensus.
